Strawberry Jam

The same farm that had the pumpkin patch had a huge strawberry field in the middle of October, with the most amazing strawberries we had ever tasted. They were so yummy, the girls begged to make freezer jam....so we picked a lot :)



Oliver was actually very helpful at first...
...then he took a bite....
Then he just sat down and started taking a huge bite out of each strawberry and throwing the stem back in the bucket....
Then it was time to make JAM!

They were quite the little team...cutting and mashing the strawberries...they made 18 pints!
