Oliver is 18 months!

These pics were taken in a half hour session, believe it or not, in downtown Pasadena. Ashley with White Balance Photography did a great job! Here is Oliver at 18 months!








I got him dressed to head home...but he wasn't done. I thought it would be cute to get a couple in his favorite shirt. Oliver has a complete obsession with two things: Daddy and Elmo. So, here he is in all of his Elmo loving euphoria:

Sunbeams!

I got a new calling...Sunbeam teacher! I am actually excited because we haven't had callings for over a year now. Plus I have the cutest 3 boys in my class...we have fun. I took a picture the first day of class for our board...I think these pictures say it all!

Allie Graduated!

Allie graduated preschool! She only had preschool for 6 months, but graduating was still super fun! It was an under the sea theme full of songs and dance. She went to a great little co-op preschool, just to get used to school before full day kindergarten. I can't believe she is going to Kindergarten in just a few months. I'm going to miss my girls...at least I have them all summer!

Gymnastics

The girls started gymnastics at West Coast Gymnastics. I let them take classes until the end of June. We are going to take the summer off and see which activities they want to keep in the fall. It is a great little gym. They are a little more serious than other gyms but a lot safer as far as injuries go. They are both really good at it, I think because of all of the dance. It is so fun to watch Allie just fly across the balance beam. Finally, an activity Allie is supposed to jump around, yay!

Swimming!

The girls have been taking swim lessons at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena. They love their classes! They are getting really good in the water too...Izzie is perfecting her strokes. They are going to keep going through the summer. This is the girls going off the diving board. They are such adreneline junkies, they wanted to go off the platform diving boards.

Southern California Fun!

Ben's sister Kerri and her little family came to visit us! We were so excited to have them, it is the first time we have had any of Ben's siblings at our house. They have Easton, who is Allie's age, then Jocelyn, and Madi. Jocelyn was Izzie's little shadow, it was adorable. We dolled Jocelyn up with hand me downs, her favorite part was the bows. She carried the big bag of bows with her everywhere she went and only picked the biggest ones to wear. Ben's parents and his brother and girlfriend showed up a couple of days later. It was so much fun. We did Disneyland, American Girl Store, the Americana to ride the trolley, the Lego Store, the Beach, Pinks hot dogs and played lots of tennis (which Easton is super good at!), and had Ben's dad's birthday....that's right....we know how to do Southern California. Here are some pics from our long weekend.
