Isabelle was baptized

Isabelle and her cousin, Nathan, were born 2 1/2 weeks apart. They have always had such a sweet little bond. I can remember when they were only 2 or 3 and Nate would lead Izzie into the room with his hand on her back. They are so similar in personality and temperament, they get along so well. So, I loved that they were able to be baptized the same day. Izzie would have been baptized on her birthday, but she was so sweet, she wanted to wait for her Nani to be able to come. Unfortunately, Nani's hospital stay was much longer than we had hoped. But, they had a sweet and simple little baptism with so many family members.
This wasn't their first big day they shared. They were both blessed on the same day as well.

Isabelle sang at her baptism. I recorded it when she was warming up, so that my mom could see. She was still in the hospital when Nate and Izzie were baptized.

They are too cute!

I cant believe that they are old enough to be baptized. I am so sad that we were not able to be there. We are so proud of the both of them. and love them so much!

Kate - I am enjoying your posts so much! Izzie looked like a princess and sang like an angel for her baptism :) I can not get over that little girl's talent - it blows me away! Oliver is darling and again - I thought of Luke and that there is something about those big brown eyes or that stinkin' cute sly grin that is so similar. :) I loved his Elmo party. It is so much fun to see the things that they get so excited over. Luke is pretty much crazy over trains, cars, and Yo Gabba. :)

Thanks for your comments on my blog too :) We have this fun boutique just behind my house that I love - I found Ash's things there and also at Glitter box too. I made the necklace. I'm so sad - jut heard that the Glitter box is closing at the end of this month :( They are going to have the downtown Mesa store still, but I know I won't get over there very often. Oh- and I found my top at the Buckle - they have a line called Buckle Boutique or vintage boutique ?? Something like that - that sometimes has some fun - unique things.

I pretty much love every single thing I ever see your kids in - Seriously - I have never seen such beautifully decked out kids - I love it and wish you were here to help me shop :)
