The Karrens: California Summer!

Thank you Nani & Papa for a fun filled EXTRA LARGE FAMILY SIZE vacation!!!!

We started in San Diego at an amazing beach house. Islands grill...our little family of 19 took up the whole patio :)

The beach house was beautiful...and the kids had a blast...rock band, a huge jacuzzi pool, fire pit, hammock...and the BEACH!

And don't forget FISH TACOS...yum!

We followed those days of beach fun with fireworks...

---then we headed up to Los Angeles...only one problem...19 people with luggage...we had picked up everyone from the airport in trips. The solution...thats right! A MOVING VAN!!!

On the way up we went to the nature preserve...the kids looked for local wildlife and checked it off the treasure hunt list. It was really beautiful...

Then DISNEYLAND!!!! I love how the cousins are all so close. My kids each have cousins born within weeks of eachother and they are all so close...they just pair off and we don't have to worry about them the whole trip...our littlest niece is fitting right in with the two 3 year olds boy cousins...

Jimmy and Oliver are hilarious...they don't need any of us...they would be fine all on their own :)

All of the "Wild Animals"...I was tempted to keep them in their for a while...

,,,but my plan was thwarted when we broke down and had to hike out of the ride...we got free fast passes though...and the kids thought it was awesome...
