Karren Family Reunion

After we packed up in California...we drove to Utah for double family reunions. We basically switched off days between the Whitings and the Karrens or the week we were there. We were VERY busy, but had TONS of fun. This is a recap on the Karren side. This was especially exciting, because we have never gotten all of the cousins together. So this was a first! They had so much fun with all of their Karren cousins! It was great seeing everybody.

Santa Monica Beach

I decided I needed to get beach pictures done before we left...but I only had a week left, so I decided to just try to do them myself. I haven't touched these up yet, but at least I got some before we left California. We did them at Santa Monica, our closest beach. It is only 20 minutes from the craziness of LA. The kids loved the pier and the beach was never crowded. So, I thought this spot would best represent our stay in LA.

We made a list of all the things we had to do in California before we left...of course we went to the beach...and TK Burger YUM! And so much more...We went to Disneyland a bunch of times right before we left...our goal was to burn the kids out on Disneyland forever...it didn't work :)
