I received a permission slip to sign for Isabelle to go on a field trip...but not just any field trip...an overnight one! I have never heard of such a thing. But apparently around here these are somewhat normal...some even stay up to a week. Well, I had to go ask the teacher all of the details....and after much stressing...and Isabelle begging me not to make her be the only 5th grader not to go...I gave in. It was a 4H field trip all about science and nature...Isabelle had a blast!
