Isabelle's class went on a field trip to Rainbow Harbor in Long Beach. I almost didn't let her go...I am paranoid that something horrible will happen if I'm not there...the normal crazy mom bit. But I got over it and let her go. She called me on her phone from the boat to tell me this was the best day of her life:There were hundreds of dolphins playing and jumping around the boat...
They caught a bunch of sea life for the kids to touch and observe and then threw it back in...
She saw the Queen Mary...
And she lived to tell about it :) She was sweet and called me to reassure me that they were back on land safe and sound. I had sent our "emergency cell phone" with her...she calls it "her phone"...whatever works. But she had a great time, and it really was a cool field trip, I tell you I love her school.

we never went on cool feild trips like that as a kid. Was Izzie excited to see all the dolphins? That is totally crazy!
